Antes de Pujar
Todo lo vendido en Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers se vende a través de una subasta pública sin reservas, es decir, no hay ofertas mínimas ni precios de reserva, y nuestras subastas están abiertas a cualquier persona. Los compradores hacen ofertas por los artículos, y cada artículo se vende al mejor postor, independientemente del precio final. Cuando estés listo para pujar y comprar, puedes registrarte y pujar en línea en cualquier subasta en vivo o pujar a través de una variedad de otras opciones en línea convenientes.
Registro y depósitos
La inscripción para pujar es gratuita. Es posible que se le requiera depositar una cantidad reembolsable para pujar. Tenga en cuenta que debe presentar una identificación con foto cuando se registre en el sitio de la subasta (por ejemplo, tarjeta de identidad, pasaporte o licencia de conducir). ¡Regístrate para obtener tu cuenta gratuita aquí!
¿Cómo funcionan las subastas?
Realizamos subastas en vivo en sitios de subastas físicos, con pujas en línea en tiempo real. También vendemos a través de nuestras Subastas Temporizadas en línea, un sistema automatizado sin subastador. Puedes pujar en persona, en línea, a través de nuestra aplicación móvil o mediante PriorityBid.
El subastador (o el sistema de subasta cronometrada) presentará cada lote y pedirá ofertas. Si nadie hace una oferta, el precio de venta se reduce. Cuando se realiza una oferta, el subastador aumenta el precio de venta. Las pujas continúan hasta que no se realicen más ofertas, y el artículo se vende al mejor postor. ¿Puedo ir a ver el equipo en persona?
Sí, el equipo está disponible para inspecciones en persona en nuestros sitios de subastas permanentes y patios de almacenamiento locales. La visualización está disponible dos semanas antes del inicio de cada subasta. Por favor, contacte al sitio para hacer arreglos fuera de este horario y para confirmar el horario de operación. La visualización solo está disponible para el equipo que ha sido entregado al sitio (verifique la lista de cada artículo individual en nuestro sitio web, y en la pestaña "Información detallada del equipo", busque "En el patio – Sí/No").
El equipo vendido desde la propiedad de un consignador también se puede ver en persona al coordinar una fecha y hora con el vendedor.
Comisiones al comprador

Pago y recogida
Las compras deben pagarse en su totalidad dentro de los siete (7) días siguientes al final de la subasta. Los compradores no pueden retirar sus compras del sitio de subastas hasta que su factura esté pagada en su totalidad. No se aceptarán pagos en efectivo. Por favor, pague solo desde la misma cuenta de Ritchie Bros. con la que realizó la compra.
Si Ritchie Bros. no puede transferir un título claro en una compra, el comprador tiene derecho a un reembolso completo del precio de compra. Si Ritchie Bros. no recibe el pago completo dentro de los siete (7) días siguientes al final de la subasta, el comprador pagará intereses sobre las cantidades vencidas a una tasa del 18% anual o a cualquier otra tasa máxima permitida por la ley, junto con cualquier costo legal o de cobranza incurrido por Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

Additional Notes
Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros.
